Five Week Masterclass | Living Life with Intention

Yoga, Meditation, Journaling, Reflection, & Discussion
PLUS Weekly One-On-One Coffee Mentorship Call with Me (Thursday-Friday-or Saturday)

Discover a better balance in your life, engaging in the moment, full of meaning, driven by purpose. Invest your time in activities that fill your heart full, that you choose to do, that are worthwhile and make you a better version of yourself. Living life with intention is a state of being where you are present and aware of your presence and how you show up and engage with the world around you.

Aligning your actions and behaviors with your priorities and values is the ultimate goal of authentic connection not only with others but the environment around you. Living in alignment means you have integrated your core beliefs into your daily reality. You live with intention, in congruence with your most profound truths. This is the source of our greatest fulfillment and peace of mind. When you live with intention, you are in a state of flow.

“The quality of our commitments will determine the course of your life.”  Ralph Marston

Don’t waste this moment of living- don’t drift into unconsciously walking through life. Live with intent and purpose.

Benefits to Living Life with Intention

  • Heightens self-awareness
  • Provides meaning
  • Increases happiness
Week 1 Choices in Life

Examine yourself and the culture around you. Do you feel supported in your growth and ambitions? Sift through your relationships, experiences, and places. Who, what, where—ask yourself if you are in the right place with the right people doing what you love?

Week 2 Who Are You, And What Do You Want?

What makes you unique? Assert your value, worth and place of being in this life and define your wants and desires. Get clear but leave room for adaptation. Oftentimes we expect X, Y, and Z to turn out in such and such way in our predefined amount of time. We find ourselves disappointed and lose faith when it doesn’t come to fruition according to our timeline. Be willing to take an alternative route, accept delays, and open your arms wide to receiving.

Week 3 No Judgements

Live your life without measuring your achievements by someone else’s. We’re not in a competition. Comparisons lead to friction, holding us captive. Learn how to notice when we go down that rabbit hole and change our habituation. Let’s review our mental dialogue.

Week 4 Goal Setting

Evaluate your wants and desires in life and drafter a rough step-by-step approach on how you might achieve or reach them. Take baby steps. Nothing worth having in life comes easily or, if it does, it is often fleeting.

Dream big here. What does your heart yearn for? Today, tomorrow, next year, so on and so forth? What would make every day feel like a dream? Tap into the details that make the greater whole. It is in these particulars of life we can find the most pleasure if we are open to it.

Week 5 Minimize Distraction and Learn From Others

Learn mindfulness tips and tricks to bring us back into the present moment and be open to connecting with others. Practice and practice again. Life is a practice, remembering we are allowed to not get it right every time.

Gaining insights into how we all are interconnected, we can learn from one another’s life experiences. Think about who you admire most in life and why. What characteristics do they possess that you may not? How could they help or inspire you?

What to expect:
  • Learn to connect with your body in the present moment. Move with purpose and intention through a simple yoga practice meant to bring the state of flow to life. Cultivate a practice of physical awareness, taking note when everythings feels good, but also being conscious and aware when the body speaks up to say it needs attention.

  • Mind Mapping through journaling and conversation (Never Heard of Mind Mapping? You have to join me NOW!) Gain visual clarity. Get out of the ruminations of the mind and discover profound revelations.

  • Meditation and visualization fostering a new way to show up in life. First see it, feel it, then live it. We’re planting seeds that will take root a blossom in your life. Get ready to smell the flowers. (This will be epic!)
