Join me for an energizing 30-minute desk stretch focusing on areas of the body where we hold stress and tension throughout the day. Take stock of your energy level and check in throughout class. Leave with a sense of grounding, presence, and openness ready to meet the demands of the rest of your day. Chair yoga offers that natural "espresso cup" meant to put a pep in your step even from behind your desk.

Dynamic Yoga Detox

Go deep...sweat, twist and bend forward. Join this invigorating power yoga practice and relinquish the toxins from both your body and mind. Learn how certain poses aid in detoxifying the body promoting an increased metabolism, healthy digestion and regulating the body temperature through perspiration. Quiet the mind and utilize both breathwork techniques and focused attention to find stillness, eliminating the chatter and mind fog of the everyday.

Happy Hour Yoga 

Unplug from the cell phone and tune into the music. Join me on the mat for a 45-minute upbeat, core focused vinyasa flow that will get you out of your thoughts and into your energetic body. Stay logged on for 15-minutes to mix and mingle shaking up healthy mocktails using kombucha and flavored carbonated water. Sip a little bubbly and foster a community with your team. Happy hour never felt so good! 

Mindful Meditation

Let's discuss our lives. Are you present and aware, always in the moment or do you get caught up in the past or fretting about what the future may or may not hold? What if you could relinquish yourself from all that unnecessary suffering, we cause ourselves and just reside in the here and now.  We will cover the key mindfulness tools we can practice every day to keep us grounded in the present moment, living the happiest, healthiest versions of ourselves. Participate in a 30-minute mindfulness meditation that is guided and accessible to both the beginner and the experienced student. 

Yoga Nidra or "Yogic Sleep" 

New to meditation or just haven't found the right style of practice that resonates with you. Unplug, lie down and join me on a guided meditation that will bring you into a restful state of consciousness, removed from the chaos of our everyday and come back to your center, your truth. Every yoga nidra class focuses on a different intention from patience and change to self-love and letting go. This class is perfect for those just getting into meditation or the avid practitioner.
